Registration
Individuals who wish to attend the conference
should fill out the registration form and return it to the conference
secretariat. A separate form is required for each participant. Please
remember that your address, telephone, fax or e-mail will be used
by the secretariat to communicate with you and therefore needs to
be clear and complete. Always fill in the registration forms electronically
before printing and sending. In the case of receipt of excess registrations,
the organisers will adopt a first-come policy.
Two types of registrations are available for:
• participating
delegates
• accompanying persons not attending the conference scientific
sessions.

Registration forms
in writeable pdf format should be downloaded from the website, filled
in electronically to ensure clarity of details and then printed
& signed. They should be either posted (registered airmail)
or faxed to the Conference Secretariat:

should accompany the registration form.
It is essential that the amount credited represents
the total due. Please read the registration and accommodation forms
carefully before filling them out. If you are unable to download
the registration form or have problems filling it, please contact
the Conference Organisers by e-mail: armed@gov.mt
Your registration will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation
of your requirements according to your registration form. No registration
requests will be confirmed until payment has been cashed. Your acknowledgement
letter will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival.
You will not receive any further correspondence before the conference.

Cancellation of registration will be acknowledged only if made by
written notification and sent to the Conference Secretariat by fax
or registered post. Refunds will be issued after the end of the
congress less a cancellation fee of 15% until 1 June 2006 and 25%
after 1 June 2006. Cancellation of accommodation must be communicated
by fax or registered mail to the Conference Secretariat. No cancellations
will be accepted after 01 October 2006 although requests for change
of name will be accepted (€25 fee).
