General Information
The congress will run from Friday 10 November
until Sunday 12 November 2006.
The congress will be held at the New Dolmen Hotel,
Qawra.
The official language of the congress is English
(no simultaneous translation will be available).
No mobile phones are allowed during the congress
programme; phones should be switched off during all presentations.
Identification badges are mandatory and will
be required for admission to all scientific sessions, conference
areas as well as social events. Lost badges will be replaced by
the Organisers against payment of €25.
The dress code for the conference is casual and
lounge suit for the welcome reception.
The organisers and the New Dolmen Hotel accept
no liability for personal injuries sustained or for loss of or damage
to property belonging to participants, incurred either during or
as a result of the Conference. Delegates are advised to take out
their own travel insurance policies.
The organisers will be pleased to send a letter
of invitation to any person requesting one. It is understood that
such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates in raising
funds or in obtaining a visa. The letter of invitation is not a
commitment on the part of the Conference Organiser to provide any
financial support. Invitation letters may be requested from the
Organising Committee.
Delegates may pick up their congress packs at
the registration desk located at the Conference Centre of the New
Dolmen Hotel. The Registration & Help Desk will be open during
the following hours:
