As the Official Carrier for the forthcoming meeting, special
discounts applicable on Air Malta point to point scheduled routes
are being made available to all participants and accompanying
partners.
To benefit from this arrangement, registered delegates may either
contact any of the airline’s Outstation offices or book
online to make their flight reservations.
Participants who wish to book online, can access http://www.airmalta.com/conferences
and log into the airline’s booking engine with a pre defined
login name and password which will be provided at registration.
Participants who prefer to contact the airline’s outstation
offices are to advise the airline’s staff that they will
be participating in the above mentioned conference. On making
their reservation delegates will be informed the payable amount
to cover flight costs and taxes. As proof of participation, delegates
are kindly requested to present this letter or a copy of registration
upon collection of their flight tickets.
Note - From time to time, Air Malta may
occasionally introduce special published levels on the market.
These are very limited and are tied up with several strict conditions.
Conditions pertaining to such levels cannot be waived.
